CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™” or “EMRG Solutions” or “we”) is a listing directory website, that caters to the needs of all our planners, by providing them with the related profile of vendors, venue owners, service providers and other third parties (“Vendors”) around the world, best suited to their needs. The services offered by us include the Eventspedia ™ websites located at Eventspedia.in or any sub domain of Eventspedia.in (the “Eventspedia ™ Website”), and any other feature, content or applications offered from time to time by Eventspedia ™ in connection with the Eventspedia ™ Website whether accessed directly.
TERM OF USE
a) Thanks for using Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™”or “EMRG Solutions”), This Agreement defines the terms and conditions under which you are allowed to use the Website in and describes the manner in which we shall treat your account while you are registered as a member with us. b) These terms are in addition to the terms available at https://Eventspedia.in/terms-conditions/ and https://Eventspedia.in/privacy-policy/ By downloading or accessing the Website or application to use the Services, you irrevocably accept all the conditions stipulated in this Agreement, the Subscription terms of service and Privacy Policy, as available on the Website, and agree to abide by them. You acknowledge that you will be bound by this Agreement for availing any of the Services offered by us. If you do not agree with any part of the Agreement, please do not use the Website and / or avail any Services.
c) Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™” or “EMRG Solutions”) may modify this Agreement from time to time and each modification will be effective when it is posted on the Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™” or “EMRG Solutions”) Website. You agree to be bound to any changes to this Agreement through your continued use of the Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™” or “EMRG Solutions”) Services. You will not be notified of any modifications to this Agreement, so it is important that you review this Agreement regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes.
d) This Agreement supersedes all previous oral and written terms and conditions (if any) communicated to you relating to your use of the Website to avail the Services. By availing any Service, you signify your acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement, please immediately terminate the usage of the Website to avail the Services. Your usage of the application shall be assumed as deemed acceptance of the agreement of these terms and conditions.
e) If you wish to become a customer, submit content, video or images, communicate with other Users and generally make use of the Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™”or “EMRG Solutions”) Services, you must read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance during the content submission process.
f) The Agreement is published in compliance of, and is governed by the provisions of Indian law, including but not limited to: the (Indian) Information Technology Act, 2000.
Your access to use of the Website and the Services will be solely at the discretion of Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™” or “EMRG Solutions”) Eventspedia.in So please take a few minutes to read over the Customer Agreement below.
NOTE: YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT.
- PROFILE:
A profile on Eventspedia ™ is created by:
a) A business owner (or authorized person) registering on the portal.
b) A representative of Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™”or “EMRG Solutions”) creating a profile on customers or brand’s behalf, with oral or written consent of the same. In such a case, images would be uploaded by the customers themselves / mailed to the representative / collected from other domains by the company representative with the customers consent.
c) In case a user has written a review about the customers service experience. In such a case, a shell or unclaimed profile is created to showcase that review of the brand in question. In future, at the customer discretion, this shell account can be converted into a full-fledged listing. The review and information policies are covered in other parts of this agreement.
2. REGISTRATION:
To obtain access to Eventspedia ™ website and other services customer are given an opportunity to register with us. As part of the registration process, you will provide your email address with other details. Auto generated user id and password will be shared on the email provided by you. Further –
a) You will not provide any false personal information.
b) You will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.
c) We recommend you not to share your account password, or let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.
d) You will be responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your password and for all actions of persons accessing any of our sites through any password assigned to you. You will notify us at in or support@eventspedia.in of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account.
e) You must have obtained all necessary internal as well as governmental and statutory licenses and approvals necessary for the execution of this Agreement and the conduct of its business.
f) There are no pending or threatened legal proceedings against you before any judicial or quasi-judicial forum whatsoever and further that there are no existing or proposed contracts and/or agreements that may affect its performance hereunder; and it shall comply with all applicable laws in the performance of its obligations hereunder.
g) By registering as a customer on Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™”or “EMRG Solutions”), you can receive news, updates & promotional communication via SMS & Email.
h) If post registration / your profile being created, you wish to dissociate from the profile in any way, your profile will shift into an “unclaimed” category to showcase any user reviews that might have accumulated for your business.
i) In case your business has closed, you can write into us on support@eventspedia.in with sufficient proof of the same. Post investigation, the profile will then state “Business closed down”.
- CONTESTS & GIVEAWAYS:
From time to time, Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™” or “EMRG Solutions”) runs giveaways and organizes contests for the third party. Each contest or giveaway will have its own terms and conditions which shall be published or made available along with the other details regarding the contest, if the customer takes part in, agrees to, or engages, or registers itself in any such contest then Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™” or “EMRG Solutions”) encourages you to review such terms and conditions prior to engaging with each contest or giveaway. Once having accepted the terms and conditions of the contests and giveaways the customer shall be bound by such terms and conditions.
- COLLABORATION:
In case Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™” or “EMRG Solutions”) undertakes a project including but not limited to campaigns or shoots in capacity of being a customer or the person commissioning the project for a third party and requires the customer/vendor to be an integral part of the project, such an agreement between Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™” or “EMRG Solutions”) and vendor shall be of the nature of collaboration hence the copyright will be held jointly by Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™” or “EMRG Solutions”) and the customer/vendor. In furtherance to this clause, the customer/vendor is curtailed to use such images or videos on any other website platform. However, customer/vendor is free to use these images or videos on their personnel websites / social media. Removal or editing rights for such images and videos shall be retained by Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™” or “EMRG Solutions”) exclusively and they cannot be removed without the prior permission of Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™” or “EMRG Solutions”).
- REVIEWS:
In case the vendor finds any review offensive or they dispute a review on any of the material uploaded by them and they want to get it removed, then in such a case the vendor or the user is free to send a request to support@eventspedia.in and include a brief description of the review(s) to be removed along with the current location of such review on the Eventspedia ™ Website and the reason(s) for such removal. We shall investigate into the matter to ensure the validity and authenticity of such request; investigation will be based on certain internal parameters. If it’s found genuine and relevant, then the related review will be hidden or removed.
- MATERIAL UPLOADED:
Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload material to our Website Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™” or “EMRG Solutions”), or to contact other users of our Website Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™” or “EMRG Solutions”), you must comply with the content standards set out in our terms and conditions and privacy policy. You warrant that any such contribution does comply with those standards, and you indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. We have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any material posted or uploaded by you to our Website Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™” or “EMRG Solutions”) constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy. We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any materials posted by you or any other user of our Website Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™” or “EMRG Solutions”). We have the right to remove any material or posting you make on our Website Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™” or “EMRG Solutions”) if, in our opinion, such material does not comply with the content standards.
- HANDPICKED:
Upon the vendor being selected for the handpicked and features section they must keep in mind that these sections are incorporated by Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™” or “EMRG Solutions”) for better and improved user experience, it also helps with the promotion of vendors but Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™” or “EMRG Solutions”) does not guarantee leads generated by the vendors while they are a part of the handpicked and featured section.
- SHELL OR UNCLAIMED ACCOUNT:
All reviews form a part of the user content on the Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™” or “EMRG Solutions”) platform and are the sole property of Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™” or “EMRG Solutions”), thereby authorizing Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™” or “EMRG Solutions”) to retain such reviews along with the images or videos or any material so reviewed. In case the original images are requested to be removed by the customer or in case the customer removes their Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™” or “EMRG Solutions”) account and whether finally agreed or decided elsewise the reviews to the related content retained in the shell account shall continue to be Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™” or “EMRG Solutions”) property. For the publicly available information put up on other platforms including but not limited to name and phone numbers may be retained by Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™” or “EMRG Solutions”) in any case whatsoever.
- VIOLATIONS:

- CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
a) Once a subscription is purchased & activated, the same cannot be cancelled.
b) Subscription payment made to Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™”or “EMRG Solutions”) for any membership is non-refundable.
c) Subscription payment made to Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™”or “EMRG Solutions”) for any Ads (Advertisement) on in is non-refundable.
d) Membership / Advertisement made on Eventspedia ™ (“Eventspedia ™”or “EMRG Solutions”) is non-transferable.
e) Event / Wedding / Exhibition organisers cannot list their business on the Eventspedia ™ website. Any such listings made will be removed / won’t be approved by our team and are non-refundable.
