Natura is the first-ever professional aerial rigging outfit in India. They have engineered some of the critical rigging solutions for events and productions in India.
Natura started out as an Adventure Based Experiential Learning organisation in 2006. That had no connections with the Entertainment industry. And hence the full name is Natura Outdoor Education & Training Solutions Pvt Ltd. It was only because of running Team Building programmes for a popular Choreographer. Called Terence Lewis, did we venture into Aerial Rigging for his team as an experimental project. Because of our understanding of Risk Assessment as Mountaineers. And our experience using Ropes and Pulleys for Adventure and Rescue. It was easy for us to set up basic performer flying systems for his dancers and Aerialists. After rigging for Dance India Dance in 2009. As India’s 1st Mainstream TV programme that incorporated Aerial Acts. There was no looking back and we soon pivoted from being Adventurers conducting team-building programmes. For corporates to Flying Fx and Aerial Rigging specialists for Tv and Live stage.
